lucky.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at lucky.ph's discretion. All transactions are processed in PHP and no currency conversion fees are charged by lucky.ph.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account verification status. Current transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. lucky.ph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour during normal operating hours. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. lucky.ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. lucky.ph reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Remaining balances will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by lucky.ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. lucky.ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, lucky.ph reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the account.
lucky.ph reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
All games offered on lucky.ph use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the game information section of the platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, lucky.ph reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. lucky.ph is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in lucky.ph's server logs shall be considered final and definitive. If you believe a result is incorrect, you must contact customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round.

Upon account closure, your license to use the platform is immediately revoked. Any unused bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits will be forfeited upon closure. Closed accounts may not be reopened without the express written consent of lucky.ph.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact lucky.ph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. lucky.ph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
lucky.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lucky.ph will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the lucky.ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
